Recent work
Since March 2022, I have designed and evolved Amazon’s employee-facing benefits platform within the A to Z ecosystem, contributing to large-scale initiatives spanning benefits discovery, enrollment migration from a third-party system, family data management, healthcare experiences, and financial benefits. My work has focused on simplifying complex, regulated workflows and delivering clear, actionable experiences that help employees confidently understand and use their benefits at scale.

Previous work
Before joining Amazon, I spent over 16 years designing across consulting, agency, and in-house roles, building deep experience in complex, regulated, and operational systems. I started as a freelance designer, developing a broad foundation across digital products and UX initiatives, and later worked in-house on enterprise and device-based experiences for organizations including the Department of Defense, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, and Loma Linda University Health.
